Personal way-finder · early access

Meet Zoey,
your personal way-finder— and more.

You know that feeling — “I have to renew that, somewhere.” “Where did we even save that?” “Why do I need another app for this? I already have too many.” Zoey keeps track of it all, and grows into the single app you actually need.

Zoey screen showing an auto insurance card scanned and read: carrier, policy number, vehicles, and drivers all pre-filled for review before saving.

This is a real screen from Zoey — snap a photo of an insurance card, and it reads the carrier, policy number, vehicles, and drivers, then lets you review before anything is saved.

Waypoint 00 · The problem

Nothing is lost. It's just scattered.

The important stuff lives everywhere at once — a photo in your camera roll, a PDF in email, a card in your wallet, a folder in Drive you can never quite find again. And scattered things don't remind you when they're about to expire.

Waypoint 01 · Records

What Zoey keeps track of

Zoey is learning your household's records — the documents, dates, and details you shouldn't have to memorize. One dashboard, everything in view, renewals flagged before they sneak up on you.

My Garage

Vehicles, insurance, registration, and service history — with reminders before renewals are due, not after.

ID & Membership Vault

Passports, licenses, and memberships — expiry dates and everyday details are always at hand, while the actual ID numbers stay locked in your encrypted vault.

Investments

A simple, honest picture of what you hold and where — one place to see it all, no spreadsheet required.

Zoey dashboard showing household records — My Garage, ID and Membership Vault, Investments — and tools including House Hunter and Estate Prep, alongside upcoming renewal reminders.
My Garage screen showing three vehicles with color-coded registration and inspection renewal badges.
Renewals, flagged early. Registration, inspection, and insurance — color-coded before they're overdue.
ID and Membership Vault screen showing passports, licenses, insurance policies, and memberships with expiry dates, with a note that document numbers are never stored.
Locked until you say so. Expiry dates and document locations are visible right away — the sensitive numbers stay 🔒 until you unlock your encrypted vault.

Waypoint 02 · Security

Your data. Your keys. Always private.

Zoey is built so only you can unlock your information — using something you know and something you have.

Create a household passphrase

Something only you know.

Tap your passkey

Something only you have.

Zoey combines them

Right in your browser. Never sent to us.

Your data is encrypted

Saved to our servers in a form we can't read.

A recovery code keeps you safe

Use it if you ever lose your device or passkey.

Wrong-password canary

We'll alert you to suspicious activity.

Tamper protection

Your data is locked to your household. It can't be swapped or moved.

Always improving

Our security is tested with automated tests.

Zoey cannot access your data — not our team, not our servers, not anyone. We need your passphrase and your passkey, together, to unlock anything.

Attachments live in your own Google Drive — Zoey stores only metadata and an encrypted reference, never the file itself.

Until you unlock it, sensitive fields show as 🔒 Locked across the app, and the vault re-locks itself the moment you step away. Simple where it should be simple, and truly private where it matters most.

Waypoint 03 · Tools

Waypoint 04 · What's next

Zoey is going to keep learning

More tools are coming, and we're building the next ones around what people actually ask for — not what we assume. That's what the waitlist is really for.
